LoudBy is designed and manufactured by Sonic Force Ltd in Finland.


What materials are used for Sound Case?

The outer shell is made of mixture of PC and ABS plastic. The shock absorbing inner layer is made of soft TPE.


What is Soft-Touch coating?

Soft-Touch is a special coating that makes the surface soft to touch. It provides extra grip so you are less likely to drop your smartphone.


Why LoudBy is better?

Because we focus on sound. Sound channel shape is numerically optimized and tested in audio lab. Right materials together with tight manufacturing tolerances are utilized to achieve perfect acoustic sealing against device. As a result LoudBy sound signature is loud and well balanced.

Yes, LoudBy protects your phone for example from scratches and dust, while giving enhanced audio quality and personalized looks.


Can I make my own Sound Case with 3D printer?

We encourage experimenting with 3D printing. However, our experience suggests that consumer-grade rapid prototyping technologies do not provide precise material selection and accuracy to achieve LoudBy sound quality targets. If it looks similar it does not guarantee it will sound similar!


Is there any warranty?

LoudBy has 12 months warranty for manufacturing based errors.


What if I don’t like the product?

If you bought your LoudBy Sound Case from our web store, you can return it within 14 days for free.


I accidentally ordered the wrong color. What should I do?

Can I change my order if I ordered wrong item?

We process orders and ship very quickly! The process is automated, so please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to cancel the order and update it. However due to the fast delivery process it may not always be possible to change the order before sending.

In the event of receiving a wrong product, please contact us for further details. We will help you to place a new order and provide you the details you need to return the item.


When will my order ship?

In most cases, all in-stock items will ship the same business day. We deliver products on every workday.


Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Finland, a member of the European Union (EU).  There are no additional customs charges or tax within EU countries.


What about the return policy if I purchased my LoudBy at a retail store?

Please contact the original reseller for a possible refund or exchange.


What about customs duty and tax charges?

There are no additional customs or taxes inside the European Union.

Most countries outside the EU will charge customs duties and taxes for goods being shipped from another country. Unless the rate specifies these charges are included,  you may have additional taxes or duties that you are responsible for. If you are unsure of the charges or policy, please check with your local customs office.

Please DO NOT refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charged when the item is delivered. The carrier won't be able to return the item to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens we won't be able to offer a refund to you.
