Currently we are shipping to the European Union countries with our regular process. Outside EU shipments will have additional delivery costs and taxes paid by the customer.
If you choose delivery method with tracking (extra cost) you will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the products have been shipped out. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking number of your shipment for post and DHL package shipments. Mail letters do not have tracking numbers.
We aim to ship all orders within three (3) business days after the order has been confirmed. If the item you ordered cannot be sent, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to order something else before cancelling the order. If you do not receive the item(s) or if the delivery differs from your order, please contact [email protected]. LoudBy cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
All products delivered by mail to European Union will be shipped free of charge.For orders with tracking to EU we will charge a delivery fee of 10 Euros (DHL or Post).Shipments outside EU are charged according to actual delivery costs.

If you choose delivery by post, we kindly request you to retrieve the package from the post office as soon as possible (if the package is not delivered directly to your home location). If you want to return the products you have ordered, please still retrieve the delivery and immediately notify the post office that you wish to send the package back at your own expense. LoudBy reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers who have not retrieved their orders.
You may revoke your declaration of contract by email (to [email protected]) within two weeks without stating reasons or - if the item is provided to you before the expiration of this period - through the return of the item. The period of time begins to run following receipt of this advice in by email, however not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of goods of the same type, not prior to receipt of the first part delivery). In order to comply with the period for revocation, the timely dispatch of the revocation or of the item is sufficient.
In the case of an effective revocation, the performances received on both sides are to be returned and, where applicable, any benefits derived therefrom (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If you are unable to return the performance received, either in whole or in part, or only in an impaired condition, you may have to pay compensation in this respect. In the case of the provision of goods, this shall not apply if the impairment of the item is exclusively a result of its examination - as would have been possible for you, for instance, in a store. Further, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any impairment arising through having taken the item into use for its intended purpose by refraining from taking the item into use as your own property and refraining from anything which impairs its value.
You have to bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, where the price of the item is higher, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment as at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return of the goods is free of charge for you.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period of time commences for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or of the item, for us upon its receipt.

Please avoid damage and contamination and return the products preferably unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories. However, this is not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
